3. Pricing and Payment

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move, the customer will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of the move. Refunds will only be issued in the case of a service not being performed to the satisfaction of the customer.

5. Liability and Insurance

Southern Maryland Moving Company will not be liable for any damages to property during the moving process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all property is properly packed and protected before the move. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable items.
